Blue Fiber was originally known as the Youngsville Television Corporation, a non-profit corporation organized as a community project for the purpose of providing television and related services to its members. Youngsville’s “Home town cable company since 1952”, YTC began to broaden its communication services to public safety infrastructure in the surrounding communities and among other cable providers.
As the demand for rural communication infrastructure grew, so did the need to expand our brand, and the Blue Fiber Corporation was born. Today, Blue Fiber has active projects in multiple states and is currently working with State, Local, and the Federal Government to extend fiber optic networks and reach under-served areas of Pennsylvania.
