Program Guidelines
- Offer applies only to all bronze customers upgrading to Silver (250 Mbps) or Gig (1 Gbps) or new Silver and Gig Customers during this campaign.
- Not available to customers already on Silver, Gig tiers.
- Not eligible if you downgraded from Silver/Gig within the last 3 months or are on Seasonal Suspension Mode.
- You must remain on the upgraded plan for the full 6- or 12-month term to continue receiving credits.
- If service is downgraded or disconnected, credits end immediately.
- One streaming credit per household/account.
- After the promotion period, the streaming service will bill you directly unless cancelled.
