- Traffic Isolation: If your premises acts as a "Relay Node" for the isp.net network, your personal internet traffic is logically isolated. No other customer can view or access your data.

Blue Fiber VoIP & CPNI
We maintain Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI), including call logs and durations.
- Usage Monitoring: We monitor monthly voice usage to ensure network integrity and compliance with our Fair Use Policy.

We process your information for purposes including:

- Authenticated portal accounts are pre-verified
- Authorized agents must provide proof of authority

If this Privacy Policy conflicts with a signed Internet Service Agreement (ISA) or Service Order, the ISA or Service Order shall take precedence.
